Bad for business and Trump is Wall Street's president.

All he has to do to distract is shuffle military assets from base to base and play jingo tough guy for his base and he gets a twofer - loud distraction from his other scandals and keep his hardcore supporters waving flags and hooting.

He already plays this game with bomber deployments around NK and cruising warships through waters contested by China.
