It is their modus operandi going back to Sally Yates' concern about Flynn and the Steele dossier.

There's no Kompromat, or promise of lucrative payoff down the line. He's a true believer and party loyalist. He's doing it to stop Dems.

(131,242 posts)The fact that he sent a long, unsolicited memo to the WH explaining his legal theory about the unitary executive indicates he really wanted the job. It just surprises me that even despite his extreme ideology he'd want to roll in Trump's shit.
