Overturning Roe is just the beginning of their plans.
If Republicans re-take the House and keep the Senate, you can expect a FEDERAL bill that criminalizes abortion in ALL 50 states and U.S. territories. That means no "safe haven" states like New York, New Jersey, etc. You will have to leave the country to get a medical abortion or climb back on kitchen tables in back alleys with unscrupulous non-doctors with unsterilized instruments.
And it would take a long time to return the country to the days of Roe thereafter.
