So ... a bill outlawing abortion, even in cases of rape, may be brought before ....

... a Supreme Court Justice plausibly accused of repeated rapes and attempted rapes ?

Are there no members of the Bar who would call for a recusal if that happens ?

Along with their rush to war with Iran, and their trade policies, their putting children into cages , and children dying, and their destruction of our heath care, and giving the wealthy huge tax cuts, and all their lying with cause many more to vote against them in 2020 and in the future.

The Senate “investigates” that and he was “cleared”. So no need for recusal.
