It's both amusing and frustrating watching people with no political, legislative or legal experience

lecture Speaker Pelosi and her team about how and when impeachment must operate. And not just lecture, but mock and taunt, not realizing how ridiculous it sounds.

But I am so glad that Pelosi is in charge, she knows what she's doing, and she has the backbone and confidence to withstand the catcalls from the gallery while she works to move this process in the right direction.

Love me some Nancy Pelosi.

It is no end of annoying to watch these smug talking heads pontificate on what Dems should and should not do right now.

has a plan and a better understanding than I about the viability of the procedure. That being said, I am anxiously awaiting the moment when Articles of Impeachment will be filed.

She has gone above and beyond. I believe she has consulted psychologists and political scientists to learn how to handle the unique challenges of Trump. She knows we are in a crisis unparalleled in American history, so she's reached beyond the usual political class for advice. Either that or she has brilliant political instincts.

And with much more evidence, public support and legal foundation than if they'd started too soon.

But I don't doubt that, once they begin, we'll continue to be bombarded with second-guessing because no matter what, they'll be doing it wrong, according to the "keyboard quarterbacks."

Seem to be the ones who can't stop complaining about what is being done by Pelosi. You know the "doom and gloom" it's all over if we don't impeach NOW! Or the ones who keep saying over and over again that the democrats are wimps who are letting the GOP walk all over them.

Of course some are trolling, but some have been here for years pushing the same defeatist threads every election cycle. Not sure what to call those posters!

Well I for one heartily applaud the OP, and the sentiment. You are free to bash the Democratic leaders if you wish (it is an open board), but I find most of the breathless high pitched ranting silly .. and their arguments (mostly) ill informed and facile. We could do with more Starfish and the like in my opinion.

Hyperventilating is not the same as addressing (and hopefully solving?) issues. Nancy is the best hitter we've got in our line-up.
