There is no indication that the plan which is light on details was ever put into action, but it offers a fresh example of the mindset around Russian efforts to sow discord in the U.S.
How 'bout all the Russian attempts to astroturf racial protests here since before the last election? I would call that 'an indication' that the plan is still being actively pursued.

Adlai Stevenson back in the late '50's ratted out the russian ambassador for trying to "buy" him in his bid against Eisenhower. When Stevenson listened to the deal from the russian, he said no and promptly went to is rival, Eisenhower and told the President of the plot...
Thats what tRump should have done, but did not...
