still irritates me that he screwed them out of casino taxes. His MO, out-lawyer and drag out. NJ eventually came to the point of no return and dropped it all.

That said, I imagine the route that he is going you post here, will likely work. If it doesn't, it will accomplish something else - he disburses his crimes. Say, a court says something can be released or so and so must testify....every episode/demand, if won, will be scattered over time, minimizing the effect.
