JUST OUT: Draft IRS memo contradicts secty Madouchin's reasons for denying rumps tax returns.

They showed the memo on Erin Burnett.

The memo said fork the returns over.

It also says you can withhold them if the president invokes executive privilege. That too is likely not grounded with any kind of legal justification but that would be what trump would do next.

This memo does not sound right when it comes to the President can execute . . .

Something smells, especially the leak.
