Former Attorney General Eric Holder of the Obama Administration did not hold back on his tweet directed at the current AG Willam Barr, calling him “unfit.”

AG Barr has deliberately misrepresented the Mueller report. He has started examinations of the conduct of Intell/FBI personnel without a predicate-for political reasons. He is protecting the President. He does not stand up for the good people he leads. He is not fit to lead DOJ.

1. Barr has his title wrong

The Attorney General is supposed to be OUR attorney, the people's attorney, not some General's attorney, and certainly not the private attorney to some narcissistic clown just because he was mistakenly placed in the Oval Office.

If Barr misunderstood, let him resign and slink off to the dark cave from which he crawled. If he didn't, let him share the fate of John Mitchell.

2. Bill Barr is a FIXER

He's been fixing the republicons messes for decades.

3. The difference this time is:

This time his job demanded he do something different, and he didn't do that. Fixing Republican messes is NOT the job of the Attorney General. Janet Reno didn't intervene to save Bill CLinton's ass either. Mitchell went to prison for getting that wrong. Barr may be a crook, but he knows who Mitchell was and what happened to him.

And you are right, however, Barr can't distinguish what his role is except to be the fixer. Job titles don't mean jack to him. He thinks he is as smart as the man he is defending and protecting.

I certainly hope he meets the same fate as Mitchell.
