(18,486 posts)But Deutsche Bank is not a administration agency under Trump's control or protection. They can't stonewall the way Mnuchin and Barr are. And I'm pretty sure one of the last things they want to do is get on the bad side of the courts when they are probably very vulnerable.

(104 posts)I was reading a couple days ago where a flag had gone up on one of Trumps actions at the bank. Employees had pulled it and they were told to let it go. Those flags were placed for a reason so yes, I imagine that Deutsche Bank is going to do whatever is asked.

(104 posts)We will see. We also thought Mueller would do his job in non partisan fashion, but in claiming he was walking it in nonpartisan, he has done exactly that being unwilling to sit in front of congress and the nation and provide only the facts simply because it shows us how the President has broken the law.
All these people with power, on the Republican side, has failed in doing the right thing.

Ramos called Mehtas opinion thorough, and quoted it in his own ruling.
Ramoss decision came after lengthy and contentious oral arguments, during which the judge took pain to grill both sides.
The private attorney representing Trump at the hearing Patrick Strawbridge of Consovoy McCarthy Park stammered as he attempted to respond to an initial volley of questions from Ramos.
