Pretty much everyone, even Bannon, has said there is no way Jr. had that meeting without an ok from dad. But Mueller gave Trump the benefit of the doubt.

It looks like Mueller was not able to issue "charging statements" with his
report and then Barr says he was going to redact anybody who was not
charged in the report.

I trust Pelosi more than I trust the opinions of impatient people on DU who don't take the time to understand history. Read about Watergate. Seek out primary sources from the time leading up to the impeachment hearings. The impeachment didn't begin the moment the special counsel's report came out.

We get one bite at the impeachment apple. One. We can't screw it up by rushing in without enough evidence to make the case. And the case has to be made both legally and with the public.

Public opinion is part of this. People don't like that part. I get it. But, with an election coming up, it is critical that we build and keep an electoral majority. We will not win if public opinion is not on our side. Losing will put women, people of color, the LGBT community, the uninsured and more at risk for their lives.

The stakes could not be higher. Let Pelosi do her job. She's amazing at it.

should stop and think about why tRump wants to be impeached. Those who say the impeachment itself would give the public the necessary criminal facts have not considered that the political nature of impeachment would be used by tRump to erode and confuse the evidence of his criminality using the propaganda power of virtually a state tv. The one thing we already know is that the current occupant of the White House is a devious and vile individual capable nothing that is decent.
