She’s called him a master of distraction, incapable of dealing with infrastructure and so creating a show. I might agree with her that he is itching for impeachment so the Senate will vote against it and he’ll declare himself exonerated.

And she makes no bones about the offenses being thoroughly impeachable, and that it’s known and maybe unavoidable.

the Senate will not find him guilty and he can then run on being exonerated.

The Speaker knows this and is not falling into that trap as she know the public has to be first educated on trump's crimes as hardly anyone has read the Mueller report.
