he said in the speech. He is also removing farming regulations so they can profit more, and subbing ethanol for Iowa
yet other sectors of the economy whether doing well or not , are not being given $16billion.

Its like a kick back for voting for him. Only his voters get cash
He even mentions how well he did in the election in Iowa

Where is the level playing field among sectors domestically that he desires from China ?
