Is anything stopping Mueller from giving a press conference of his own?

If he doesn't want to take questions - especially from showboating pricks like Jim Jordan - then he doesn't have to take any questions at all.

He can just make a public statement. (And give closed-door testimony more extensively.)

The fact that he is nothing more than a slightly less dishonorable GOP shill than most of the rest of the vipers. He plays up the image of Dudley Do-right, by-the-book Boy Scout; but in the end, he is nothing more than another enabler in the orbit of the black hole that is Trump's GOP.

No guts or courage in the political arena.
He may have once been an honorable servant to his country, but like the rest of his party he is nothing but a pathetic enabler of a despot now.

He KNOWS right from wrong and he's SEEN it in his investigation...to not NAME it in broad daylight is cowardice unbefitting a man given his task. He is allowing Trump to walk by not adding pressure to the situation in the form of truthful, public answers.

You can do this--You MUST or your credibility will take a sharp dive. You need us Americans, Bob. WE will protect you, even though you're a blanking Republican.

Mueller looks like he's hiding something too. He's got to make a public appearance, and with all due respect you and I don't really know the kinds of pressure he is under. It could be deadly. Or not. Maybe he's just shy. (lol)

They killed Kennedy. And numerous other public figures. He remembers.

Plus he’s a private person.

I don’t doubt that he was a great prosecutor a d a dedicated public servant.

But it turns out he may be a bit of bureaucratic hack. Maybe a coward?

This may be unfair, but the hemming and hawing can’t help but force us to question this about him.
