There is a Klan rally in downtown Dayton today. Downtown streets are closed.
A counter-demonstration will also be held.
I’m going to Columbus to attend a wedding.

My father "marched" along with KKK in 1925 in Dubois, PA because it looked like fun. Granted he was five years old at the time. OTOH, he was Jewish and marching along with the Klan.

5. The Mayor and Commission

Have done a great job of rebuilding down town after the loss of 5 GM plants and all the other places shut down during the Bush Recession. I just hope there is no riot like they had in Toledo.

Maybe with so few coming it will fizzle out. But no driving through Dayton today!

a front group from Farrakhan, (who, point of fact, actually attacked the original BPP for Self Defense.)

I recall also the problems with a couple of the Womens' March decentralized leadership members backing Farrakhan.

The local womens' march here also was split into 2 groups a couple of years ago, where the divide/conflict was focused around intersectionality.

Last, Farrakhan's NOI has been in bed with the far right, klan, nazis, skinheads, seperatists, since the '50's.
