The police are convincing me more and more that they are the most cowardly people on the planet. Most people would walk by, or talk to that guy without a single worry that he was dangerous. But police have to pull a gun on him, handcuff him just so they can get near him. And they had a guy right there telling them what happened and they ignored him too. Such idiotic idiots!!

Physically impaired people vary widely in the kind and extent of physical impairment. I have known some who could raise their hands on command, and I have known some who could not. Also, their impairment frequently makes any sudden response more difficult for them. Our police forces sorely need a drastic change in their recruitment and training procedures.
