If we take back the senate but Trump gets re-elected, what will happen to SCOTUS appointments?

It’s something to ponder. It’s also worth mentioning that Trump and pretty much all of the corporate media will pound Democrats trying to force them to approve even a Roe opponent. Dear dear Chuck Toad and his ilk will be screaming every day that the court cannot have just 8 justices indefinitely! Need to stay vigilant about that.

If the presidency is lost then no chance to take the Senate. Especially given where Senate seats are up in 2020. But if it did happen Trump would just nominate centrists acceptable to the Democratic Senate leadership. Trump and Schumer are New Yorkers who like to make deals. Deals would be made.
