Comey vs Mueller?

Comey did something that was un presented, by giving a statement that hurt Hillary's campaign just days before the election. Mueller gives a statement that he could not indicted a setting president. Comey could not find any wrong doing by Hillary and her computer. Mueller says it's congress' job to find the evidence of wrong doing by Trump that he laid out in his report.


Something is off here! There is one question I have. If Hillary didn't do wrong and Trump did break the law, where is the justice? Trump stole the presidency, but Hillary is the one who gets punished!
