Good news from Maddow: Andrew Miller must respond to his subpoena on Fri.at 9:30

or a warrant will be issued for his arrest.

Per the judge in a hearing today. Miller has exhausted all his appeals.

Miller is set to testify about Roger Stone, Wikileaks, and more.

the Grand Jury will be meeting in private, so we won't know what happens in it at the time.

But this guy could turn out to be key in Roger Stone's November trial. I'm hoping that his testimony is so damaging to Stone that the prosecutors might be able to talk Stone into a plea deal. Remember that someone higher up in the Trump administration was pulling strings in the background. Maybe Don Jr. or maybe the orange one.

Andrew Miller is the young guy in the white shirt with Roger Stone.

Do you think he's prepared to go to jail for months to protect Roger? I kinda doubt it.
