August 2016A flood has destroyed the home of a Christian lobbyist who preached that God sends natural disasters to punish gays.
President of the controversial Christian group Family Research Council, Tony Perkins, described a deluge of near biblical proportions hitting his Louisiana home.
During a broadcast on the groups radio station, he told how he and his family had fled in a canoe.

(15,548 posts)An then you gotta worry even more. Ham's ark in Tennessee had an access road flooded out. Now its hard to get to see it and learn about His grace.
God must be really pissed at us.
Or maybe its because Ham and Perkins weren't praying enough. Ya see, they are supposed to be enlightened to the word of God. So instead of making money off a stupid ark and grifting, they should'a been praying their asses off.
--- can't wait to see what God has in store for Franklin. Now there's a real asshole.

(31,261 posts)Why didn't Perkins do this right. Everyone knows that you use an Ark to escape a blibical scale flood. He should have sent his family out and stayed behind to build an ark.
