The link goes to a 2017 report from NPR. If you search the net, you will find a great many news stories reporting on the conclusions reached by our US Intelligence Agencies. They agree. russia attacked the USA, and totally freaked the 2016 election.

The republicans, under the misleadership of their ignoble Draft-Dodger-in-Chief, have pissed on the findings of our US Intelligence Agencies, and sided foursquare with Putin and russia. They are not standing up for America. They swore to defend the Constitution. But they are not doing it.
