couldn't hide the obvious obstruction—i.e., lying, encrpted communications that couldn't be accessed, destruction of evidence, deletion of information, taking the 5th.

Mueller did not find enough evidence to establish a criminal conspiracy beyond a reasonable doubt.

But he was not able to conclude a criminal conspiracy with the Russians did not exist. In fact, all their FISA warrants and the establishment of the Special Counsel to look into it suggest it was more than probable.

But that point is too often left out of the mainstream media reporting ... and that little has occurred since to stop it from continuing in 2020.

That is a part of what Mueller was trying to tell all Americans to be concerned about.
