Someone at Daily Kos brought up the possibility that this is a short sell opportunity for Trump and his billionaire buddies to make a lot of money, after which Trump declares that Mexico is working with him on the problem and the tariffs will not take effect. Those secretly alerted ahead of time make money. The news is off Mueller for a bit so Trump is happy.
