Well, I found the answer. And just as I suspected Congress fucked up and gave the power away.

(54,770 posts)they ought to get together and take the power back or at least force him to get approval. Or, at a minimum, bash his rear in unison before going back to their trenches.
Are Democrats opposed to this trade war, or do enough still think it will bring jobs back to America, even at a hefty tax to consumers?

And perhaps a false way to say it will "make Mexico pay for the wall?"
