(20,249 posts)My step-dad born in Sheffield. He came to the States in '54. His accent! 😍
After my mom and he were married, she began saying 'tomahto' and not 'tomato'. I go, "Ma!!" 😆

(4,291 posts)I think it would look great projected onto the Capitol dome on the right special occasion. Such as the evening of the 4th of July...

(14,173 posts)Or just on Twitter, ...maybe.
I'd like to see a story like this where someone projected a cutting image across from his hotel window, or on a building during an outdoor planned event. Not dissing this effort, but wondering if this will only be for English people in those particular areas for a limited time.

(1,402 posts)The Brits are displaying their disgust for the orange buffoon right to his face. We need to take a lesson here and display our disgust with this deplorable individual whose one and only claim to fame was a tax cut for the rich. He's a disgrace and has done nothing since allowing our enemies steal the election for him. BTW, who do you think gets credit for the rising prices of goods you're buying? We're paying more money for goods and services and the quality is on a steady decline. Give me a break with this solid economy. It was a gift from Obama, but it's not gonna last while the idiot is at the helm.

(302 posts)...should be projected on the side of the Trump Hotel in Washington DC every night.
Our protestors need to be a little more feisty than what they've been over the last few years.

(2,067 posts)Is a temporary dig at Trump really worth deifying evil Rethuglicans like McSame, Mueller, and even the Bush family? I don't want my kids thinking these guys were any less evil than they actually were, but we seem to be reframing their entire evil history just for a short-term political win vs 1 man.

(4,341 posts)I believe that would have more of a bang if McConnell and other republicans were shamed in the same way...the buffoon doesn't seem to understand or is being shielded from it.
