Sasha Obama graduates from high school with presidential parents looking on

Sasha Obama, the former president's younger daughter, graduated from high school on Sunday with her parents, Barack and Michelle Obama, and her sister Malia in attendance, according to US Weekly, AOL.com and The Washington Examiner.

Her school, Sidwell Friends School in Washington, D.C., posted a picture of her graduating class on Instagram and Facebook, showing Sasha, 18, in the second row from the back, fourth from the left.

The Instagram post featured a quote from the 2019 commencement speaker, Sheila Johnson, plus congratulations.

11. Yup. Sexist story.

When I was in parochial elem. school, we girls begged to wear pants during wintertime. The nuns cited ridiculous health reasons but rumor was that seeing the outline of our butts and V's in the front was titillating for the boys. No boys in my high school, no problem, we could wear pants only in winter. White shirts, school blazers and ties were required dress for boys.

Really though, I'm not sure Sidwell has a dress code especially for graduation but the white summer dress seems standard for graduating girls from pictures I've seen of Chelsea Clinton, the Obama girls and pics from other years. The grade school graduating ceremony, boys were a little free not in suit and tie, just white shirts and pants, of course
