Some invoices are three years old. In all, city governments say Trump’s campaign owes them at least $841,219.

The President Of The United States is bilking local governments out of nearly a million dollars. The problem is made worse by the fact that Trump tends to hold his rallies in places of political strength, and that often means local governments that are financially struggling.

But I'm wondering if their is a legal basis for these towns to sue. I sorta doubt it unless they quickly pass local or state laws requiring it. I don't think a town can prevent anyone from visiting, whether that's you or me. or the President.

It seems like they are placed in a very difficult position. Send a bill and hope they pay. Or provide no protection and then deal with the fallout that comes. No town or city wants a repeat of November 1963 in their town.

Frankly, I think he found a huge loophole and is dancing through it.
