You may or may not know the name Arthur Laffer. He's an "economist" and he came up with "the trickle down" theory, where making the rich richer helps the poor.

Laffer has been a joke among serious economists for years. If you're a Paul Krugman fan, you get the idea of what professional economists think of Laffer.

Nonetheless, Laffer is the Republican's favorite peddler of bullshit economics.

Enough said. Trump is once again turning the Medal of Freedom into a useless, meaningless piece of shit.
