Associated Press: “Over the last two years the nation had more polluted air days than just a few years earlier, federal data shows. While it remains unclear whether this is the beginning of a trend, health experts say it’s troubling to see air quality progress stagnate.”

COPD rates in adults are expected to still explode over the next couple of decades as people age into it even though smoking has declined dramatically. The costs are going to be dreadful, and bad air is going to increase both costs and suffering and disability substantially if Democrats don't get power and reinstitute air quality regulations.
