Are they both not dictators?

The Chinese president and north Korean leader?

Just struck me as I watched a CNN story. The Chinese president was referred to by name and although the north Korean leader was also it was always prefaced by "dictator"

President for life sounds like a dictator to me.

the People's Republic of China, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission. The kindest description is that Xi is the leader of the one party oligarchy that runs China. Kim is Supreme Leader and Chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea.

So yeah, they are both dictators.
