3. Boy, am I naive. When I read the titile of this post, I thought....

...it would be a black church that had been threatened by their white Christian "brethren" from up the street. What could I have been thinking. The historical perspective about this particular flavor of presbyterians, going back to the Civil War, is no surprise. Just upscale southern baptists I guess.
