3. Sexual assault is a part one crime, under the federal UCR:
Sexual assault is a part one crime, under the federal UCR:
see: [link:https://www.ucrdatatool.gov/offenses.cfm|] Definition is as follows: penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim. Attempts or assaults to commit rape are also included; however, statutory rape and incest are excluded. In December 2011, the UCR program changed its definition of SRS rape to this revised definition. Under New York state law, I don't think there's a statute of limitations, either. |

4. Attorney Maya Wiley was on MSNBC last night and she said,
that there was no statute of limitations in NY but then later she corrected herself on Twitter, "Correction #Inners fans. Since NY statute of limitations for rape ended in 2005 and the alleged #Trump rape occurred in mid 90s, the statute of limitations was 5 yrs. So No criminal charges cold be filed. I still hope #EJeanCarroll decides to get the coat tested". https://mobile.twitter.com/mayawiley?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor
Damn! I wanted the victim to charge him. He deserves to get caught and punished for his crimes for once in his life. |
