According to the DOJ, @Rep_Hunter spent campaign money for trips and Ubers to sleep with multiple women (none of whom were his wife) and he's now claiming that all of this is a "deep state" assault on him... 🙄

I read the whole indictment earlier, and was amazed at how much the couple used that campaign credit card for their own groceries, kids' birthday celebrations, sports expenses, etc.

But somehow it seems even worse that he was so corrupt that every little thing that he could have paid himself, like a beer, was paid for by his campaign contributors. He and his wife spent their own and other people's money like it was going out of style, but surely he could have paid cash for one beer.
