100 children moved back to controversial Clint, Texas, border facility

The Clint facility and others have been heavily criticized after lawyers, doctors and advocates warned of what they called major health and hygiene problems.
"The kids had colds and were sick and said they didn't have access to soap to wash their hands. It was an alcohol-based cleanser. Some kids who were detained for two to three weeks had only one or two opportunities to shower," Clara Long, a senior researcher for Human Rights Watch, has said of the Clint facility.
"One said they hadn't showered in three weeks. Hygiene and living conditions like this creates a risk of spreading infectious disease. It makes me very concerned about the public health emergency."

Recent allegations of perilous conditions in Clint have also been referred to Office of the Inspector General and Customs and Border Protection Office of Professional Responsibility, the CBP official said Tuesday.

2. MSNBC is reporting the same. Someone likened this to a shell game yesterday and so it seems.

If they keep shuffling these kids back and forth, it's easier to keep them hidden, I suppose.

If a minor was there for forty days until they were "relocated" and then came back,
their presence there would start over again at day one as if they were a new arrival.

The poor kids, and their parents, have been held n BP facilities for WEEKS,
border Patrol sez it is because ICE won't take them as it should, ICE complains of no place to put them also.

While they are busy pointing the finger at each other, there has been a flu outbreak, lice outbreak, with inappropriate treatment.
The adults have been crammed into cells, rooms, etc. at double and triple the capacity, and against fire dept. regs.
They are so crowded they cannot sit or lie down.

out job is to document and protest in whatever we can. And then insist on indictments and trials .

6. What happened to the injunction?

In june 2018 there was a nation wide injunction by a California judge.

The court also prohibited any deportation of parents without their children, absent of a knowing waiver. In the future, no child can be separated unless it is genuinely in the child’s best interest, such as a showing of a parent as abusive.

Did I miss something or are they just ignoring it?

Trump is using as many "Acting" heads of Depts. as he can, to avoid Congressional confirmation. But 'acting is legally supposed to be for 110 days, then legally..I say again...legally, he has either choose a new acting or appt. someone to be confirmed.
So now he has god knows who to keep the camps open.

I am so waiting for another mass resignation to happen.

Does it remind anyone else of "final solution"? Like it is an inside joke? I thought so too when he first said it in 2017.
