9. I don't find Biden's activity weird....

In the many years I worked under an old time boss he would come in at times when stress levels were high or if one work 16 hrs and check on people. It wasn't uncommon for him to do it to females or males.....he work your neck and ask how things were going. I think it gave him a reference as to how things were going.

Heck now places hire massage therapists that specializing in neck and should massage.
