Russian hacking in Durham NC?

The Department of Homeland Security is investigating the equipment provided by a company allegedly targeted by Russian hackers used in Durham County during the 2016 election.
On Election Day in 2016, certain voting machines malfunctioned by incorrectly telling voters they had already cast their ballot, leading affected polling stations to switch to paper poll books, according to the Washington Post.
