1. Every time they show this picture, they need to say Trump caused it by violating the law.

They need to say law requires that refugees must be accepted humanely and immediately upon presenting themselves at ports of entry. They need to say Trump is refusing to process refugees, in violation of the law, causing them to take desperate measures like crossing a rushing river to escape horrid border camp conditions.
