scenario. black man waiting outside building for friend to come downstairs in broad daylight. christopher cukor demands that he identify himself, calls police.

a call from his father quickly enough? The father was killed by a man with profound mental illness.

This is not to excuse or explain the man in the video, who is being a racist ass and being mean to his child besides.
