They have a vested interest in not bringing attention to themselves...makes it harder to "deal with" refugees current and anticipated from climate change...

When the climate refugees start literally pouring into Europe and out of low-lying areas in India and South-East Asia, they don't want any blow back for what they will be doing...and it will be a lot worse than cages (as if that weren't already bad enough).

Cause, as things look, unless there is an outcry from the world nothing is going to change. They are determined on this course of action and are lying about it and nothing is changing or being done. And may there come a time when Miller and all involved in this are arrested and tried for their crimes.
