I would argue a definite yes, but less frequently. I don't like that Twitter is currently being used by the orange clown to basically demagogue and play with the world. But I think a President using Twitter (or some other direct and immediate form of communication) is an important innovation going forward and reluctantly credit Trump for breaking the ice on it.

(7,864 posts)One day we will go back to having the country run by mature adults with professional attitudes. I don't have a problem with a president tweeting - as long as the tweets are giving information, updates, things to do with what a real president does. No more of this shit of giving people stupid names, insulting random folk, and being a trumpian asshole.
I hope I live long enough to see that.
