(30,439 posts)He sounds articulate, but only in a calm and controlled setting. He's not the type to fire up a rabid crowd. He will go over like a lead balloon. Romney is similar in that sense.
The Dems are lucky to have Obama and Biden, two people who really know how to fire up a crowd and get their point across. Bill Clinton also knows how to do this and he will be speaking at the DNC.
