As soon as Trump said he doesn't agree with the chant

Saying, “Send her back” and slid around like a slimy eel out of water, he shoved his base under the bus. He said “they” said that, not him.

I’ve seen the video clips during that chant all day, and some of those clips show the audience too. There were a lot of people who weren’t chanting. Some were even looking around with a puzzled look.

He did the same with the chant, “Lock her up.”

His base though, is too stupid to get it.

Poor guy! He’s helpless to stop all that chanting! He’s again the victim, only this time it’s his base who are hurting him.

So at the next rally when they start chanting - which we all know they will - he can just say I can't control them - and yet he can still get the impact benefit of the chant being heard across America.

You also know that the MSM news channels will be looking for the chant and they will make a big deal of it again and again - everytime it's used at his rallies.

I just had another thought so I'm adding this in an edit:

I've been home all day and I've had my TV in one of my other rooms tuned to MSNBC the whole time. As such I was able to listen to most of what was broadcast on MSNBC today.

Every one of their programs today began with the 'Send Her Back' chant clip from his rally of last night. I ask you - is that really necessary?

10. I don't know how they can deal with him

The upside is that they’re all being unequivocally critical of Trump. They’re also giving a lot of Democrats a platform to air their disapproval, so in that respect the incessant coverage is backfiring on Trump.

After spending the day backing off and blaming his base for it we can at least know he is hearing criticism even in the soundproof vacancy in his head.

The MSM helped create this monster to a large extent. I agree on that, but I think at this point they know they can’t reverse what they did.

I’m torn about this. Do we ignore him while he fills his concentration camps, cuts all our benefits, and destroys the the country, or do we watch every single thing he does in the hope of getting him out?
