Actually the app should age the body too
Anybody that old wouldn’t be standing that straight. The back would be more rounded bringing the chin down towards the chest. And someone as old as that would be a lot thinner.
Besides he would still use the orange stuff and have the pale raccoon eyes. Throw in a bunch of liver spots and thinning hair too.
