Mueller Report in less than 280 characters

Mueller Report: 1) A hostile foreign power intervened aggressively to rig our 2016 elections to help Trump. 2) During the campaign, Trump welcomed & encouraged it. 3) As president, Trump obstructed justice, abused his power, slandered, fired & lied to block the investigations.

TRUMP’S RUSSIA COVER-UP BY THE NUMBERS – 272 CONTACTS WITH RUSSIA-LINKED OPERATIVES

On April 18, 2019, a redacted copy of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s “Report On The Investigation Into Russian Interference In The 2016 Presidential Election” (Mueller Report) was released to the public. The Mueller report builds on the U.S. intelligence community’s conclusion that there were two campaigns to elect Donald Trump— one run by Trump and one run by the Russian government. The Mueller report clearly identified collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, despite repeated denials from Trump and many of his senior advisers and close associates that there were any connections between the two campaigns.

A total of 272 contacts between Trump’s team and Russia-linked operatives have been identified, including at least 38 meetings. And we know that at least 33 high-ranking campaign officials and Trump advisers were aware of contacts with Russia-linked operatives during the campaign and transition, including Trump himself. None of these contacts were ever reported to the proper authorities. Instead, the Trump team tried to cover up every single one of them.

Beyond the many lies the Trump team told to the American people, Mueller himself repeatedly remarked on how far the Trump team was willing to go to hide their Russian contacts, stating, “the investigation established that several individuals affiliated with the Trump Campaign lied to the Office, and to Congress, about their interactions with Russian-affiliated individuals and related matters. Those lies materially impaired the investigation of Russian election interference.”

Trump didn't "win" Wisconsin because of his great campaign skills but because of Russian actions and
some Americans who helped them target their actions. Russ Feingold was @ >90% of winning too.

McConnell is well aware of all of this and he doesn't care.

And he has to know that Trump stands a good chance of being re-elected if the economy stays strong. He also has to know that Trump is destroying the rule of law and order that he supposedly values. So, will he do the right thing and testify that Trump committed crimes and should be indicted, or will he go down in history as the person who could have saved democracy but chose not to?

The President and his family lied, broke laws, worked with foreign governments to debase elections, and is probably being blackmailed by putin.

But I've got country club memberships and poker nights with a bunch of people that don't want me to say that.

So I won't.

Because Trump was a big time failure as a businessman and so for Russia to have him
be their boy in the White House they had to sell the lie that Trump was some kind of
billionaire business genius. And how many Americans watched that crap and didn't
know that it was all pretend.

Putin did not spend all that time, money, and effort looking @ the hardware and software of the voting machines and the central regulators just to have a "look around." I might be wrong but I think HRC had an even bigger margin of votes over Trump.

4) But I am a good Republican following Saint Ronnie's 11th commandment, and won't bring any indictments down. And instead punt it to my cohort Barr. I'm not going to set any precedent on indicting a sitting President, even as the country's legal institutions are abused. Maybe he'll do more with it....I don't really care. In fact I'll sit on my hands and not say a word while he goes on for a full month misrepresenting my conclusions. And then after a mildly rebuke in a letter on the point of not technically finding Trump innocent, I'll say I have no plans to say any more on the matter.
