1. Mueller really wimped out when it comes right down to it

He had everything he needed to make a DECISIVE recommendation that Trump be charged and he couldn't get himself to do it. Instead he tried to hint at it and let someone else make the call.

And when every fucking one of them is a liar, who's testimony could you use to indict the others if they flipped, which none of them really did. It's quite clear the Trump legal teams strategy was to get Mueller to try to follow the circle-jerk of Manafort, Papadopolis, etc., which was somewhat successful.

11. When it came to conspiracy

Mueller didn't seem to think he did (there was evidence, but I guess he couldn't prove they willingly/knowingly were breaking the law, which seems to count when it comes to campaign law violations.

I would agree that Mueller probably would have placed charges for obstruction if he could.

near future.

And when the courts finally rules and ordered Trump to testify he would have just taken the fifth and Mueller would have nothing.

He had to make a call and he made it. I think it was the right one.

Mueller was appointed in May, 2017, “and when the court finally rules” seems an implicit admission that our justice system wasn’t and isn’t capable of such a simple thing as enforcing a subpoena on the chief executive. Forcing Fat Donnie Shart to take the Vth would, certainly, have improved the complexion of matters.

Cheers.
