The US Navy SEALS should be disbanded...and those personnel retrained as UDT...their only missions should be directed against naval units of opposing forces...and the reconnaissance and removal of natural or man-made obstacles on beaches, underwater demolition, closed-circuit diving, combat swimming, and midget submarine (dry and wet submersible) operations.
