It is time, we need to go after the media

Republicans are the biggest threats to Western Democracies, but they are being enabled by the media.

Jake Tapper going after AOC for her concentration camp comment, while completely ignoring that there are concentration camps.

The media reporting Barr's comments about the Mueller report without ever contemplating that Barr might be lying.

The cluster fuck this week with the Mueller testimony.

Ignoring Pelosi's comments today YET focusing on a supposed Pelosi/AOC feud.

Ignoring all of the tRump history in 2015 and 2016.

We could go on and on. Point being, they are pushing propaganda. They aren't ignorant, they know what they are doing. It is anti-democracies, and it in no way follows journalistic ethics. If we don't take immediate action they will skate by and get tRump reelected.

We need to make them uncomfortable, unwanted, and unwelcomed. When they collectively take their jobs seriously then they get respect. Until then Tapper, Mitchell, Todd, Williams, Ruhle, and on and on, must be reminded daily that their focus on supporting their corporate master does not make them a journalist.

They (particularly the Cable Channels) are interested in the "horse race" narrative of politics and that is most evident in presidential campaign years which now have become two year events courtesy of their efforts to turn every Tweet and/or comment into a dramatic moment.

They are interested in filling airtime between ads for drugs we never knew we needed and selling ad slots to campaigns or interest groups.

Your best bet in my opinion is to turn off the Breathless 24/7 Breaking News Cable Noise and never look back.

Our television plays DVDs and Netflix. That's all it does. No worthless television news and opinion, no commercials...

You either buy a lot of stock and use that power and/or go after their and hit their bottom line hard enough to make them cringe by going after advertisers and "product" line(s). 20. Turned off Brian Williams again last night.

Opened his show calling the Mueller appearance a "dud" or something like that. The previous night I turned him off when he opened calling it a "big disappointment." Will probably just write him off like so many others even though he sometimes has good guests.

Will never forget how much responsibility NBC bears for creating this mess with the Apprentice hoax, propping up a failed (private, inherited) businessman with multiple bankruptcies as some sort of God-like judge of others.
