classic : I’m rubber, you’re glue, everything you say bounces off me and sticks to you. Defense.
There is no possible comeback for this, the prime presidential declaration. It must be accepted with humility and deference by Baltimore and the nation. His argument is unassailable and will go down in history with Lincoln’s Gettysburg address.
We all must now humbly crawl into our corners, lay down by our dishes and lick ourselves to sleep. Like the dogs he thinks we are.
