my argument is that we're not in the Watergate era anymore where we'd get weeks upon weeks of testimony televised live on TV - because of the witnesses refusing to testify, the lawsuits are going to take months to resolve and then even if they do have to testify, they will just take the 5th. And, they could even say that they're not showing up because they're taking the 5th for every potential question.
