He's banging them all on whether they will raise taxes to cover health care for all. He is seeming to go for a sound bite saying candidate X wants to raise taxes.

No mention from him about the offset of insurance premiums.

Health care is actually too complicated to discuss all the different options and ways to get there in a few minutes on TV. It needs research of the many other countries that have succeeded at universal coverage; no need to reinvent the wheel.
